Termos de uso
There are two Lola3d products and they are sold in different ways, so most of what follows is written twice. Read the half that applies to you — the headings say which is which.

Lola3d for Mac
A Mac application from the App Store. It runs entirely on your own Mac: the geometry kernel, the database and the server are all inside the app, and nothing you model is sent anywhere. There is no account and no sign-in.
Bought from usLola3d on the web
The service at lola3d.app, used in a browser with an account. Your models are held on our servers so they can be opened from anywhere, shared, and reached by the API.
Buying one does not give you the other. They are separate products with separate prices, and a licence for the Mac application is not an account on the web service.

Who this agreement is with
This is an agreement between you and Niente da dire SRL, the developer of Lola3d. It is not an agreement with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or its contents, and has no obligation to support it.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
What you may do with it
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the application on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The models you make with it are yours. We claim nothing in them.
You may not redistribute the application, rent it out, or attempt to extract its source. Those limits are on the application, not on your work.
The five days
The trial is a free purchase that unlocks the application for five days from the moment it is bought. It can be taken once per Apple Account. Reinstalling does not start it again, and when it ends the application stops opening until something is bought.
What it costs
Three things are sold, and the price you see in the application is always Apple's own for your country, with tax included where that applies:
- A licence bought once — it does not expire and there is nothing to renew.
- A year — an auto-renewable subscription.
- A month — an auto-renewable subscription.
Payment is taken by Apple, to your Apple Account, on confirmation of purchase.
How the subscriptions renew, and how to stop them
A subscription renews by itself until you cancel it. Your Apple Account is charged for the next period within 24 hours of the end of the current one, at the price then in force.
You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings, and you need to do it at least 24 hours before the current period ends for the next charge not to be taken. Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and the application keeps working until that period is over.
If a renewal payment fails, Apple retries it for a while. The application keeps working during that time.
The licence bought once is not a subscription. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Ask Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves, and we are not able to see your payment details at any point.
Your models
They stay on your Mac, in the application's own folder. We never receive them. That also means we cannot recover them for you: backing up your Mac is the only thing that protects them, and deleting the application deletes its folder with it.

Lola3d on the web
Your account
The web service needs an account. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us at hello@lola3d.app if you think someone else has them.
Plans and billing
The plans and their prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew until you cancel them. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
These purchases are made from us directly, not through Apple, and Apple has nothing to do with them.
Your models
They are yours. We store them so the service can work and we do not use them to train anything. You can export them at any time in the formats the application supports — that is deliberate, so that leaving is possible.
If your account is closed or your plan lapses, you keep a reasonable period to export before anything is removed. Ask us and we will help.
Fair use of the API
The API and the MCP endpoint are there to be used, including by your agents. We may rate-limit or suspend usage that threatens the service for everyone else, and we will tell you why.
The rest
What we promise, and what we do not
Lola3d is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will fit a particular purpose. It is a CAD tool: check its output before you cut metal with it.
Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, and where such a right conflicts with something above, the law wins.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. A change that matters to an existing subscription is announced before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the protections of the country you live in.
